Tentative Budget for 2026-2027 Fiscal Year
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the city council of Cottonwood Heights (the 'City') will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, June 2, 2026, at 7:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as practical, at the City Council Chambers located at 2277 East Bengal Blvd., Cottonwood Heights, UT ('City Hall'). The purpose of the public hearing is to receive input on the City's budget tentatively adopted for its 2026-2027 fiscal year (the 'budget'). The budget may be viewed or copied on the City's website at www.cottonwoodheights.utah.gov and at the office of the City Recorder at City Hall during normal business hours, for at least ten days prior to the hearing. In accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, the City will make reasonable accommodations to hearing participants that require such accommodations. Request for assistance may be made by calling 801.944.7015 at least 48 hours before the hearing.
Public comments may be submitted to the City Recorder by email at Recorder@ch.utah.gov up to 4:00 p.m. local time on the hearing date. Comments received after 4:00 p.m. local time on the hearing date will be forwarded to the city council but not entered into the meeting record or addressed during the meetings. A YouTube meeting link will be included in the posted agenda for the June 2, 2026, city council business meeting for those who wish to voice their comments via Zoom during the public hearing.

If you would like to submit written comments on any agenda item they should be received no later than Tuesday at noon. Comments can be emailed to cityrecorder@ch.utah.gov.
Notice of Electronic or Telephone Participation
Council Members may participate in the meeting via telephonic communication. If a Council Member does participate via telephonic communication, the Councilmember will be on speakerphone. The speakerphone will be amplified so that the other Council Members can hear.
