- NOTICE OF VACANCY ON THE NORTH UTAH COUNTY WATER CONSERVANCY DISTRICT BOARD OF TRUSTEES Notice is hereby provided this 13th day of May 2026, pursuant to Utah Code Sections 17B-1-304 and 17B-2a-1005, that one (1) vacancy currently exist on the North Utah County Water Conservancy District Board of Trustees (the 'Board'), to fill one (1) expired term. Positions on the Board are for individuals who are representatives of a specific geographical area or interest. 1. The geographic area that currently requires such a representative is: Pleasant Grove Area. To qualify for consideration for the above-mentioned geographic unit vacancy, an individual must be a resident of the Pleasant Grove geographic area. Those individuals interested in being considered for the vacant Board positions outlined above should send a letter expressing their interest, together with a brief description of their qualifications and eligibility for the Board position to: boards@utahcounty.gov. All letters of interest in the vacant Board positions must be received by the Board of County Commissioners, Utah County, Utah on or before 5:00pm on Friday, June 26, 1016. The Board of County Commissioners, Utah County, Utah, will review and evaluate all individuals who qualify for consideration pursuant to the guidelines listed above and will appoint individuals to fill the one (1) vacancy by resolution.
