- Mayfield Town Planning Commission Agenda Wednesday May 20, 2026 7:00 PM Agenda shall be as follows: *Order of items are subject to change 1. Review of zoning permit application for 100 S 32 E JL Larson 2. Review of changes to Accessory Building Ordinance 3. Review of proposed Amateur Radio Antenna Ordinance 4. Review of Minor Subdivision Application for 90 W Canyon Rd Janet Hanson 5. Approval of Minutes from previous meeting(s) 6. Unfinished Business 7. Adjourn Notes: The Commission may vote to discuss certain matters in closed session pursuant to Utah Code annotated 52-4-5. Pursuant to Utah Code Ann. ยง 52-4-207 et. seq., Open and Public Meetings Act some of the Commission and public may appear electronically. Prior arrangements must be made by contacting the Town Clerk at least 24 hrs in advance. In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, persons requesting accommodations for Town sponsored public meetings, service, programs, or events should call the Town Hall at 435-528-5061, giving at least 48 hours' notice.
