- Notice of Public Hearing In accordance with Utah Code Section 10-9a-201 the Washington Terrace Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on May 28, 2026,, at 6:00 p.m., in the Washington Terrace City Hall located at 5249 South 400 East, Washington Terrace, Utah. The Planning Commission will take public comment in support and opposition to the following : Amending Title 17 Zoning to amend O-1 as it relates to cemeterys and changing Zoning from Commercial (C-2) and Residential (R-1-10) to Open Space (O-1) at 5800 South Adams Avenue to allow for a Veteran's Cemetery. .Individuals requiring special accommodation (including auxiliary communicative aids and services) should notify Amy Rodriguez at 801-393-8681at least three (3) days prior to the hearing.
