AGENDA HUNTINGTON CITY COUNCIL MEETING May 19, 2026 Notice is hereby given that the Huntington City Council will hold its regularly scheduled council meeting May 19, 2026 at the city office building located at 20 South Main. Meeting will start at 6:30 p.m. Agenda will be as follows: 6:30 P.M. Roll Call Opening Remarks Pledge of Allegiance 1. MOTION: CONSENT AGENDA - Approval of April 14, 2026 City Council Minutes - City Claims and Review of Financials 2. Cash Lee - donation for Canyonview Middle School World Competition Archery 3. Audrey Livingston - donation for Governor's Honor Academy 4. Discuss/approve/deny: Business license 5. Planning and Zoning: - Frontage Variance - Larry Daley - Subdivision Exemption Request - Bevan Wilson - Fencing Variance - Kevin Penuelas 6. Discuss/approve/deny: Ordinance 5-2026 Statutory references in the Huntington City code to reflect current Utah code citations and amending section 9-2-2; and providing for an effective date 7. Discuss/approve/deny: Resolution 6-2026 Establishing Huntington City's travel and per diem policy for city council members, employees, and volunteer fire department personnel 8. Discuss/approve/deny: Budget workshop/ Tentative Budget FY2027 9. Discuss/approve/deny: Purchase of Huntington-Cleveland A water shares 10. Mayor's Report 11. Adjournment Notice Provisions: Motions relating to any of the foregoing including final action may be taken at the meeting. The order of agenda items may change to accommodate the needs of the City Council, the staff, and the public. If necessary, executive session may be held in accordance with the Utah Code 52-4-205.
