Description/Agenda: DEVELOPMENT REVIEW COMMITTEE MEETING Wednesday, May 20, 2026 at 3:00 PM 40 W Main St / Formerly: 91 Mill St Virgin UT 84779 AGENDA Meeting will be held in the Community Development Meeting room The Virgin Development Review Committee, known as the DRC (which is similar to the Joint Utility Committee - JUC in other communities), was developed to streamline the review process of various types of land use and development applications being considered or proposed within the Town. No Public Comment will be accepted. Review of Projects/Applications: Matranga Plat Amendment (Desert Gardens Lots 30,31 & 32-A)
