RIVERTON CITY PUBLIC NOTICE The Riverton City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Thursday, May 28, 2026, beginning at 6:30 p.m. in the Riverton City Municipal Building located at 12830 South Redwood Road to hear following item(s): a. 'Meracakess LLC,' PLZ-26-2022, an application for a conditional use permit for a home occupation selling cakes and desserts from a home located at 13528 South Commodus Drive, Apt. #102. Applicant - Ademarys Ramirez b. 'Compass Insurance,' PLZ-26-8001, an application for a final commercial site plan for an office building to be located at 13083 South Redwood Road. Applicant - Laurel Bevans, RDGM Construction LLC c. 'Walmart EV Charging Stations,' PLZ-26-8019, an application to amend a commercial site plan located at 13502 South Hamilton View Drive by adding electric vehicle charging stations. Applicant - Julie Hekking, Kimley-Horn Engineering d. 'River Haven Amnd, Lots 45 and 46 (Tolley Lot Line),' PLZ-25-1009, an application to amend the shared lot line between lots 45 and 46 of River Haven Estates Phase 2. Applicant - Dylan Tolley This meeting is open to the public. A staff report will be available for public review through the City website prior to the meeting. Audio and video of the meeting will be broadcast live. Audio and written minutes will be available following the meeting. Public comment for this item may be submitted via email to planning@rivertonutah.gov or by phone to 801-208-3149. All comments submitted before 5:00 pm on the date of the hearing will be relayed to the Planning Commission. Riverton City Hall is an accessible facility. Individuals needing special accommodations or assistance during this meeting shall notify the City Recorders Office at 801-208-3126, at least two business days in advance of the meeting. Accessible parking and entrance are located on the south end of the building with elevator access to the City Council Chambers located on the second floor.
