Work Session Review information for upcoming public hearing. Adjourn for Public Hearing @ 6:30 P.M. PUBLIC RATE HEARING @ 6:30 P.M. Public Hearing as previously scheduled and advertised. BOARD MEETING (To directly follow the Public Rate Hearing) Call meeting to order. Review current income & expenses. Approval of April 13, 2026 minutes. Public input (limit 15 minutes). Review Public Hearing notes, Vote on to adopt, adjust or table rate increases. Review water update. Discuss the need of Conservation Rates. Discuss Hydraulic model fee and Connection costs. Discuss Meters. Discuss Office Building. Review Strata Board Candidates for TLWID Vote. Cybersecurity updates/needs. System O&M reports. Billing issues Operational issues Infrastructure Driveway/Parking Seal Water usage to date Executive session as needed. Adjourn.
