NOTICE OF DATE, TIME, PLACE AND AGENDA The Minersville Town Council will hold a regular Council Meeting Monday May 18, 2026 at 5:00 pm at the Minersville Town Hall. The following is the agenda: Mayor will open the meeting stating the time and date 1. 5:00 Approve minutes from the May 4, 2026 Council Meeting 2. 5:05 Road repair bid for center street 3. 5:15 2027 Budget review and requests 4. 5:25 Chelsea Thompson: 4th of July, Swimming pool business: Resolution 5.18.26 A RESOLUTION RENAMING THE MINERSVILLE SWIMMING POOL 5. 5:35 Other business: Notice: The Town Council may adjourn to Executive Session pursuant to the provisions of '52-4-204 and '52-4-205, Utah Code Annotated (1953), as amended. Electronic Meeting: The Board has adopted Resolution No. 3.2.22 which provides procedures that board members may follow in order to participate in a meeting electronically.
