Description/Agenda: Notice is hereby given that the Springdale town council, in its special meeting of May 13, 2026, passed the following ordinances: 1. ORDINANCE 2026-08 AN ORDINANCE OF THE SPRINGDALE TOWN COUNCIL REVISING THE TOWN'S LAND USE REGULATIONS RELATING TO MINIMUM LANDSCAPE REQUIREMENTS IN THE VILLAGE COMMERCIAL ZONE. 2. ORDINANCE 2026-12 AN ORDINANCE PROHIBITING OPEN FIRES AND THE DISCHARGE OF FIREWORKS IN THE TOWN OF SPRINGDALE DURING THE 2026 FIRE SEASON. Said Ordinance shall become effective immediately upon posting on the State of Utah Public Notice website. A copy of the Ordinance is attached and may also be seen at the office of the Town Clerk, 118 Lion Boulevard, Springdale, Utah.
