- NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ANNEXATION AND ANNEXATION AGREEMENT NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the following item is scheduled for public hearing before the Clinton City Council at 7:00 pm on May 26, 2026: Review and action on an annexation and annexation agreement request by Mike Bastian (Lone Pine Development LLC) and Kraig Butt for property located at approximately 2224 North 4500 West in unincorporated Davis County. The annexation request consists of 155.14 acres. The annexation agreement accompanying the annexation outlines off-site utility requirements for the development of 12.19-acres owned by Lone Pine Development. The annexation area is more specifically described on the attached map. This is public hearing to receive public input only, and no decision on the annexation or annexation agreement will be made. The City Council will schedule a final decision for a future meeting. THE PUBLIC IS INVITED TO PARTICIPATE IN THIS MEETING.
