COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT (CDBG) SECOND PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
WEBER COUNTY will hold a public hearing to discuss the project that was applied for in the CDBG Small Cities Program in Program Year 2026. PROJECT - The Weber Housing Authority was awarded $100,000 to provide emergency rental assistance to low-income households in Weber County, outside of Ogden City. The project will allow households a one-time payment not to exceed one month's rent in an effort to avoid eviction and the household entering the homeless system. Comments will be solicited on project scope, implementation and its effects on residents. The hearing will begin at 10:00 A.M. on May 26, 2026 and will be held at Commission Chambers, 1st Floor, Weber Center, 2380 Washington Blvd., Ogden, Utah.
