- NOTICE OF MEETINGS OF THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF WEBER COUNTY, UTAH PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Board of Commissioners of Weber County, Utah, will hold a Work Session meeting in person at the Commission Office, Conference Room #365, 2380 Washington Blvd. Ste. 360, Ogden, UT from 12:15 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. on Monday, May 18, 2026 THIS IS A PUBLIC MEETING, NOT A PUBLIC HEARING. NO PUBLIC COMMENTS WILL BE TAKEN The agenda for the meeting consists of the following: 1. Discussion and/or action for approval of minutes for the Commission Work Session held on May 11, 2026 2. Closed session to discuss the purchase, exchange, or lease of real property 3. Discussion regarding PIDs and Amending Governing Documents 4. Closed session to discuss pending litigation 5. Closed session to discuss the purchase, exchange, or lease of real property 6. Discussion regarding Summers and Western Landscape Lease Agreement 7. Discussion regarding 2nd Year Tax Sale Extension for parcel 19-033-0048 8. Discussion regarding update on Workers' Compensation Proposal 9. Discussion regarding Sheriff Allocation 10.
