The Garland City Council adopted Ordinance No. O-26-07 and Resolution R-26-06 and
R-26-07, on April 15,2026.
Ordinance No. O-26-07 is an Ordinance adopting an administrave law judge system, approving code amendments, and consolidating all administrative appeals.
Resolution No R-26-06 confirms a trailer purchase and approving a trailer purchase confirmation and settlement agreement with Kelly Harris
Resolution No R-26-07 is a Resolution adopting the employer contribution rates and elections for the Utah Reitrment Systems for the 2026-2027 Fiscal Year. A copy of the Ordinances are attached.
