2. 6:35PM Public Hearing to receive public input and consider approval of an ordinance to vacate a 10-foot public utility easement located along the east side (rear) lot line of Lot 55 Mahogany Ridge Subdivision Phase 4 (3450 N 1930 E).
3. Consider a request for a Zoning Map Amendment (Rezone) of one full parcel currently in the Residential Estate RE-1 zone (Parcel ID: 04-084-0045). This parcel is proposed to be rezoned to the Residential R-1-15 zone.
4. Consider approving the recommendations from the Fire Chief regarding the 2026 dates/times and geographic boundaries for the sale and ignition of private fireworks in North Logan City.
