NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission of the City of St. George, will hold a public hearing at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, May 26, 2026, at St. George City Offices located at 61 S Main Street, St. George, Utah to consider the following: A public hearing will be held in order to receive public comment on a request to amend portions of the Ridge Line Map. The amendment would change the designation from 'Cuesta' to 'Ridgeline' in the location of 785 W. Sir Monte Drive to allow construction of an Accessory Dwelling Unit. The applicant is Greg Rath. Case No. 2026-ZRA-003.
