PUBLIC NOTICE
The Hurricane City Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing during their regular meeting at the Hurricane City Office 147 N 870 West on May 28, 2026 commencing at 6:00 p.m. to take comments on the following:
1. A Zone Change Amendment request located at 437 W 400 S from R1-10, residential one unit per 10,000 square feet, to RM-2, multifamily ten units per acre. Parcel number H-231-L.
2. A Zone Change Amendment request located at 1260 S 700 W from RA-1, residential agriculture one unit per acre, to RA-0.5, residential agriculture one unit per half acre. Parcel number H-3-2-3-319.
3. A Land Use Code Amendment on Title 10, Chapter 51 regarding business licensing standards for whole house vacation rentals as well as parking regulations for residential hosting facilities and whole house vacation rentals.
