Give public statement on the Tax Increase that is being proposed for 2026/2027 budget year, the approximate dollar amount, the approximate percentage increase and the Public Hearing being held on August 19, 2026 to discuss this Tax increase. 10. Review, discuss for possible approval the 2026/2027 tentative budgets for the General Fund, Capital Projects Fund, Water Fund, and Storm Water Fund for all operating and capital budgets. 11.
