- NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING EPHRAIM CITY CORPORATION Notice is hereby given that the Ephraim City Council will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, May 20, 2026, at 7:00 p.m. in the Ephraim City Council Chambers, 5 South Main Street, Ephraim, Utah. The purpose of the hearing is to receive public comment regarding proposed increases to the City's water and sewer utility rates. Interested persons are invited to attend and provide comment.
