KAYSVILLE CITY PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE The Kaysville City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Thursday, May 28, 2026, at 7:00 p.m. in the Kaysville City Municipal Building Council Chambers located at 23 East Center Street, Kaysville, to consider: An application from Nicholas Racker, who is requesting a zone change for the property at 768 Christopher Circle from R-A Agricultural Residential to R-1-20 Single Family Residential. The subject property is 0.64 acres (27,878 ft²). This intent of the proposed rezone is to utilize the smaller setbacks in the R-1-20 zone to accommodate a planned addition to the rear of the existing home. The requested zone change would reduce the required rear yard setback to 15 feet from the 30 foot setback required for R-A.
