The Brian Head Town Council will hold a public hearing to receive input on the proposed fiscal year 2027 Town budget ending June 30, 2027 during their regular meeting on May 26, 2026 scheduled to begin at 1PM or shortly thereafter.
Those wishing to review the details of the proposed FY2027 Budget may do so at the Town Hall located at 56 N. Hwy. 143, Brian Head, UT 84719 during normal business hours of M - F 9-5.
Comments are limited to three minutes and written comments may be submitted to the Town Clerk at nleigh@bhtown.utah.gov or by mail to PO Box 190068, Brian Head, UT 84719 no later than 9AM on May 26, 2026.
PROPOSED 2026 PROPERTY TAX INCREASE
IMPACT SCHEDULE
Brian Head Town Council will consider an increase to its property tax rate from .002328 to .002627 (estimated) to generate an additional $150,000. The following information is intended to provide decision makers and the public with an explanation of how the Town's operations would be affected if the proposed property tax increase is adopted.
