- Notice is hereby given that the Farr West Planning Commission will hold three public hearings at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday, May 28, 2026 at Farr West City Hall, 1896 N 1800 W, Farr West The purpose of the first public hearing consider the request of a conditional use permit for Katherine Schmidt for an accessory building over 2,000 square feet located at 3965 North 2600 West The purpose of the second public hearing is to consider the request of a conditional use permit for Howard Black for an accessory building over 2,000 square feet located at 1530 North 2000 West The purpose of the third public hearing is to consider the request of a conditional use permit for Alex Maurer for a vehicle/parts sales and repair business located at 3677 North 2000 West All interested residents are invited to attend.
