OPEN A PUBLIC HEARING TO RECEIVE INPUT AND COMMENTS FROM THE PUBLIC RELATED TO SUBMITTING A CIB APPLICATION FOR FUNDIGN ASSISTANCE FOR THE CULINARY WATER DISTRIBUTION MASTER PLAN 8. AUTHORIZE THE DISTRICT MANAGER TO COMPLETE THE CIB APPLICATION AND CHAIR TO SIGN APPROPRIATE DOCUMENTS 9. REVIEW AND APPROVE ANNUAL FRAUD RISK ASSESSMENT FOR AUDIT 10. APPROVE INTERIM SESSION LEGAL WORK AND COOPERATIVE COALITION 11. CLOSED SESSION 12.
