- Case 263700019 In The Matter of Emily Allendorph Svendson - Notice of Application for Informal Probate of Will and Appointment of Personal Representative Notice is hereby given that on May 12, 2026 DAVID SVENDSON filed with the registrar of this court an application for informal probate of the decedent's will dated September 06, 2016 and for informal appointment of DAVID SVENDSON as personal representative of the decedent, to act without bond. A copy of the application is on file with the clerk of the court and may be reviewed upon request. After the elapse of ten days from the date of this notice, if the application is found to be complete and in compliance with the Utah Uniform Probate Code, it will be granted. Failure to object to the application will not affect the right of an interested person to petition the court to set aside the informal probate or appointment. Reviewed by the registrar for approval on May 25, 2026.
