NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of St. George will hold a public hearing at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday, May 28, 2026. The hearing will take place in the City Council Chambers, located in City Hall at 61 South Main Street, St. George, Utah to consider the following: A. Consideration of an ordinance to vacate a portion of a municipal utility easement located along the easterly lot line of Lot 1 of Desert Color Commercial Phase 1. (Doc. No. 20220040217, Washington County Recorder) B. Consideration of an ordinance to vacate a municipal utility easement located in common and limited common areas around Lots 102 through 112 in the South Desert Planned Development Phase 1 Subdivision. (Doc.
