PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Vineyard City Council will hold a regularly scheduled City Council Work Meeting on Tuesday, May 19, 2026, at 4:00 PM, in the City Council Chambers at City Hall, 125 South Main Street, Vineyard, UT. This meeting can also be viewed on our live stream page.

5. WORK SESSION
5.1. Tree Inventory & Planting Updates (George Schram, Preston Jensen, and Blaine Nielsen)
George Schramm, Maintenance Manager & City Arborist, along with Preston Jenson, Parks Manager, and Blaine Nielsen, Public Works Maintenance Technician & ISA Certified Arborist, will provide an update on Vineyard City's urban forestry and tree management efforts. The presentation will include an overview of the City's Tree City USA program, Grove Park tree replacement efforts, causes of historical tree loss, updated planting and maintenance practices, and implementation of the City's comprehensive tree inventory initiative.
5.2. Discuss Resolution 2026-29 City Manager Responsibilities and Duties
5.3. Pavement Preservation Program Update (Chris Thomas and Aaron Eppley
Chris Thomas, Streets & Stormwater Manager, and Aaron Eppley, Holbrook Asphalt, will present an update on Vineyard City's Pavement Preservation Program, including a roadway condition overview, preservation planning, roadway maintenance funding, and preservation treatment strategies utilizing HA5 rejuvenation applications.
5.4. Discuss Cadence Homes
6. STAFF, COMMISSION, AND COMMITTEE REPORTS

The Mayor and City Council pursuant to Utah Code 52-4-205 may vote to go into a closed session for the purpose of personnel, real property, or litigation.
