NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Washington County Water Conservancy
District Board of Trustees will hold a public hearing on Monday, June 8, 2026, at 6:00
p.m. at 533 E. Waterworks Drive, St. George, Utah,
to consider levying the annual contract assessment for 2026 within the Kolob Water Service Area at the same rate as
2025: $410 for non-connected parcels and $550 for connected parcels.
