The Garland City Council adopted Ordinance No. O-26-05 and Ordinance No O-26-06, on May 6, 2026.
Ordinance No. O-26-05 amends Chapter 7-1 of the Garland City Municipal Code to clarify property owner responsibility for Water and Utility Charges and to require a Utility Billing Rental Form.
Ordinance No. O-26-06 amends City Code 5-2-1 adopting an amendment to the Dog Registration and Licensing for Garland City.
