Description/Agenda
Purpose: With recent legislative updates the State Engineer has been instructed to create a new application type. These applications are referred to as dedicated water applications, See Utah Code ยง 73-3-30.3. In order to process these applications a fee must be collected. In order to collect a fee for these applications, this type of application must be added to the fee schedule for the Division of Water Rights. This meeting is to be held to discuss the updates to the fee schedule. Agenda 1. Welcome and Introduction 2. Overview of Current Fees 3. Proposed Changes and Rationale for Fee Modifications 4.
