Notice of Public Hearing
A public hearing will be held before the West Jordan City Council on Tuesday, May 26, 2026, at 7:00 pm (or as soon thereafter as possible) at West Jordan City Hall, 8000 S. Redwood Rd, 3rd Floor, West Jordan, UT 84088.
The purpose of the hearing is to receive public comments regarding the following:
- Resolution No. 26-028 Requesting a Service in Lieu of Fees in the Amount of $31,978.50 for the 2026 Season and $32,037.00 for the 2027 Season for the West Jordan Baseball League and Authorizing the Mayor to Sign the Associated Agreement
- Resolution No. 26-003 Requesting a Fee Waiver in the Amount of $9,304 for the Nafanua Foundation for the 2026 Manatua Festival

Notice of Electronic or Telephone Participation
One or more council members may participate electronically in this meeting using online video conferencing technology per Utah Code (ยง52-4-207) and West Jordan City Code 1-13-1-E. Participation will be broadcast and amplified so all present in the meeting will be able to hear or see the communication.
