- NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING PUBLIC HEARING REGARDING WILDLAND URBAN INTERFACE (WUI) Notice is hereby given that the Planning and Zoning Commission of Lynndyl/Millard County, Utah, will hold a regular meeting and public hearing on Thursday, May 28, 2026, at 7:00 PM at the Lynndyl Town Hall, 98 E Center Street, Lynndyl Utah This meeting is being held in accordance with the Utah Open and Public Meetings Act, Utah Code ยง52-4-101 et seq. AGENDA 1. Call to Order 2. Public Hearing - Wildland Urban Interface (WUI) Ordinance/Code o Presentation and discussion regarding proposed Wildland Urban Interface (WUI) regulations, standards, and requirements. o Receive public comment concerning WUI fire safety, building standards, development requirements, and related planning matters. 3. Public Comment o Public comments will be limited to [3-5] minutes per speaker unless otherwise authorized by the Chair. 4. Commission Member Remarks 5.
