Levan Town PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the mayor and members of the Town Council of the Town of Levan, Juab County, State of Utah, will hold a Work Session on Thursday, the 14th of May 2026 at its regular meeting place, the Levan Town Hall, 20 North Main, Levan, Utah at 6:00 P.M. The agenda shall be as follows: The order of the agenda items may change. 1. Presentation on Water Options/ASR for The Town of Levan - Jones and DeMille Engineering. 2. Water Rights for Sale - Brayden Gardener 3. Closed Session (May be called to discuss the character, professional competence, or physical or mental health of an individual, or deployment of security personnel, devices, or systems.) Closed Session (May be called to discuss pending or reasonably imminent litigation; collective bargaining; and/or the purchase, exchange, or lease of real property, a proposed development agreement, a project proposal, or a financing proposal related to the development of land owned by the State.) 4. Adjourn: In accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act Levan Town will make reasonable accommodations for participation in the meeting.
