NOTICE OF INTENT TO PREPARE AN IMPACT FEE FACILITIES PLAN AND IMPACT FEE ANALYSIS

Pursuant to Utah Code Ann. ยงยง 11-36a-501 and 11-36a-503, notice is hereby given that Santa Clara City, a municipality of the State of Utah, located in Washington County, Utah intends to commence the preparation of an amendment to its 2022 impact fee facilities plans (IFFPs) and impact fee analyses (IFAs), with respect to the Power. The geographic area that will be included in the IFFPs and IFAs are all areas within Santa Clara City's boundaries, Santa Clara City's declared annexation areas, and any areas served by Santa Clara City. All interested persons are hereby invited to provide information for the City to consider in the process of preparing, adopting, and implementing or amending the referenced documents.
