- PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE Notice is hereby given that the Payson City Planning Commission will conduct a public hearing on Wednesday, May 27th, 2026, beginning at 6:00 p.m. for the following item: - I-O, Infill Overlay Zone Change Request: Molly Dibble requests the I-O, Infill Overlay to reduce the minimum lot size and frontage requirements for Utah County Parcel # 08:048:0029 located at approximately 353 North 300 East in Payson, Utah. Upon recommendation of the planning commission and approval granted by Payson City Council for the overlay designation the applicant seeks to subdivide the parcel into two residential single-family lots. The meeting will be held at the Payson City Center located at 439 W Utah Avenue, Payson, Utah and electronically via Zoom Conferencing.
