Damschen President and CEO DATE: May 13, 2026 SUBJECT: Cancellation of May 28, 2026, Board of Trustees Meeting With no significant items pressing at this time, please be advised that the Utah Housing Corporation Board Meeting scheduled to be held on Thursday, May 28, 2026, has been cancelled. The next scheduled monthly meeting will be held on Wednesday, June 10, 2026. Thank you.
Notice of Special Accommodations (ADA): In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, individuals requiring special accommodations during the meeting should notify UHC at least 24 hours prior to the meeting. Contact the Executive Assistant at 801.902.8200.
Notice of Electronic or Telephone Participation: One or more Trustees of UHC may participate via telephonic conference originated by the President.
