NOTICE OF INTENT TO DISPOSE UNCLAIMED PROPERTY BY THE COTTONWOOD HEIGHTS POLICE DEPARTMENT
The Cottonwood Heights Police Department Evidence Unit has surplus property and items which have been taken into custody or otherwise remain unclaimed that are scheduled to be disposed of through Erkelens & Olson auction house after (8 days from the date posted).
Items scheduled for disposal include personal property, bicycles, tools, and household items. All cash proceeds from this sale will be forfeited to law enforcement uses in the public interest. As to unclaimed property, reasonable attempts have been made to contact the owners where applicable by U.S. mail and/or other means.
To submit a personal claim to any unclaimed items prior to auction, please contact CHPD Evidence at 801-944-7031 within 8 days of publication.

A copy of the foregoing notices was posted in conspicuous view in the front foyer of the Cottonwood Heights City Offices, Cottonwood Heights, Utah. A copy of this notice was sent to the city's recreation center and local library (Whitmore), by the Office of the City Recorder. The notice was also posted on the City's website at www.ch.utah.gov and the Utah Public Notice website at http://pmn.utah.gov.
Notice of Special Accommodations (ADA)
In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodations or assistance during this meeting shall notify the Recorder's office, at 801-944-7015 or cityrecorder@ch.utah.gov at least 24 hours prior to the meeting. If you would like to submit written comments on any agenda item they should be received no later than Tuesday at noon. Comments can be emailed to cityrecorder@ch.utah.gov.
Notice of Electronic or Telephone Participation
Council Members may participate in the meeting via telephonic communication. If a Council Member does participate via telephonic communication, the Councilmember will be on speakerphone. The speakerphone will be amplified so that the other Council Members can hear.
