1. Call to order and confirmation of quorum
2. Public Hearing, the purpose of the hearing is to receive input from the public with respect to (a)the issuance of the Bonds and (b)any potential economic impact that the Project to be financed with the proceeds of the Bonds may have on the private sector. All members of the public are invited to attend and participate. Comments received will be added to the public record at the public hearing. Public comment during the meeting will be allowed.
3. The Board will consider ratification of a correction to the Parameters Resolution adopted on April 23, 2026, to modify the maximum maturity term of the Series 2026 Bonds from thirty years to forty years.
4. Review and consider approving minutes from last meeting
5. Review and consider adopting tentative budget
6. Consider approval of Professional Services Agreements
