Town Of Portage Council Meeting Wednesday May 13, 2026 25880 N 9000 W 6:00 PM Agenda Notice is hereby given that the Town Council of Portage will hold its Town Council meeting on Wednesday, May 13, 2026 at the Portage Town Hall located at 25880 N 9000 W, which meeting shall begin promptly at 6:00 PM. The Agenda shall be as follows: 6:00 PM Call to Order Opening Ceremony: Prayer Pledge: Public comments, limited 3 min per person 1-Action item- Review and approve minutes of April 8, 2026 Town Council meeting. 2-Action item- Review & approval of April 8, 2026-May 13, 2026 Bills/Payroll 3-Action item- Review financial report, bank reconciliations and Water adjustments or write offs. 4-Information items- Traffic problems, town hall issues, P&Z member/Alternates needed, Thatcher company account credit. 5- Action item- Yearly town tractor lease, or other options. Discuss and vote. 6-Action Item-Mayors 2026-2027 Budget Review of Departments: Water- Trent Van Tassell Roads- Tyson Nelson Planning and Zoning-Terra Bell Parks- Mariah Huggins Sheriff's Office Fire Department Adjournment
