Description/Agenda: In accordance with Utah Code 10-3-711, the Millcreek City Council adopted the following ordinances on May 11, 2026: Ordinance 26-18, Amending Title 13 of the Millcreek Code of Ordinances Prohibiting Motor Vehicles on Trails. The ordinance amended code to define electric motorcycles and prohibiting them on city parks and trails. Ordinance 26-21, Amending the 2025-26 Fiscal Year Budget. The ordinance amended the current year budget. Ordinance 26-22, Amending and Restating Title 14 Chapter 58 of the Millcreek Code of Ordinances with Respect to Special Events. The ordinance amended code regulating special events. Ordinance 26-23, Adding Title 14 Chapter 59 to the Millcreek Code of Ordinances with Respect to Millcreek Common and City Offices. The ordinance added code regulating the use/rental of city facilities. Ordinance 26-24, Appropriating a Nonmonetary Contribution of Discounted Room Rentals for Various Entities. The ordinance provided for rental discounts of city facilities to certain organizations.
