Citizen Comments: To be considerate of everyone attending the meeting and to more closely follow the published agenda times, public comments will be restricted to items not listed on the agenda and limited to three minutes per person per item. Public Hearing: Consideration of Ordinance No. 819, Amending Sections 9-8-010,9-8020 and Table 9-12-1 of the Draper City Municipal Code, Creating a Public Institutional Zoning Classification and Associated Development Standards, and Ordinance No. 820, Amending the General Pan Text Adding Cultural/Institutional Land Use Classification within the Draper City General Plan Land Use Classification, Otherwise Known as the Public Institutional Land Use Text Amendment, Staff Presentation by Grant Crowell 7.
