Description/Agenda: Public Notice The Hurricane City Council adopted the following ordinances: 1. Ordinance 2026-08 Abandonment and Vacation of Easements on H-WALM-A-1, H-3-1-31-3000, H-3-1-31-321, and H-3-1-31-30091. 2. Ordinance 2026-09 Approving the disposal of real property identified as parcel H-FAL-4-COMMON. 3. Ordinance 26ZC-05 Zone Change for a portion of parcel H-362 from RA-1 to R1-10. A copy of the approved ordinances are available in the Recorder's Office at the City Office, 147 N 870 West or you may call 435-635-2811 x 106 to request a copy.
