NOTICE OF JOINT MEETING OF THE
PLEASANT GROVE CITY COUNCIL &
TIMPANOGOS SCHOOL DISTRICT BOARD
Notice is hereby given that the Pleasant Grove City Council will hold a Joint Work Session special meeting with the Timpanogos School District Board at 12:00 p.m. on Wednesday, May 13, 2026, in the Community Room at 108 S 100 E, Pleasant Grove, Utah. This is a public meeting and anyone interested is invited to attend. Work Sessions are not designed to hear public comment or take official action.

12:00 P.M. WORK SESSION - Conducting: Eric Jensen, Mayor
1. DISCUSSION ITEMS:
A. Discussion - Overview of TSD Accomplishments (First 5 Months) (5 minutes).
B. Discussion - Boundary Study Status Update: Committees, Schedule, Areas of Focus (Robust Elementary Schools, Grade Configurations, Feeder Systems) (5 minutes)
C. Discussion - TSD Projected Financial Overview (5 minutes)
D. Discussion - Intergovernmental Coordination - Drop-off and pick-up, traffic & parking congestion and safety at district schools in Pleasant Grove City (plans for future when TSD is Operational) (5 minutes)
E. Discussion - Update on potential TSD Admin office location (5 minutes)
F. Discussion - Future meeting schedule: TSD Board with Pleasant Grove City Council & TSD Staff with Pleasant Grove City Staff (5 minutes)
