NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Directors of the Unified Police Department (UPD) will be holding a public hearing on Thursday, May 21, 2026, at 9:00 A.M., or as soon thereafter as practical, at Millcreek City Hall 1330 E. Chambers Avenue, Millcreek, Utah.
The purpose of the public hearing is:
ADOPTION OF THE UPD FEE SCHEDULE 2026-2027
AND
ADOPTION OF THE UPD 2026-2027 FY TENTATIVE BUDGET
Public hearing to receive public input on the proposed UPD Fee Schedule and 2026-2027 FY Tentative Budget.
All interested persons are invited to attend the public hearing and make comments.
