Notice of Meeting of the Planning Commission of the City of Richfield Sevier County, Utah AMENDED PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of Richfield City, Sevier County, Utah, will hold a meeting on Wednesday, May 13, 2026, at the Richfield City Center, Richfield, Utah, commencing at 6:00 p.m. The agenda for the meeting is as follows: (NOTE: The agenda may be accelerated or the line items may be discussed in any order.) 1. Roll Call 2. Election of a new Chairman - 3. Public Hearings - a. Receive comments concerning a requested amendment to the city's zoning map at approximately 30 N Crestview Drive [parcel number 3-9-11]. It is proposed to change .15 acres from the current R1-10 to R1-6. b. Receive comments concerning a requested amendment to the city's zoning map at approximately 700 E and 1170 N [parcels 1-2-109 and 1-2-92]. It is proposed to change 8.62 acres from the current RR-1 to R1-10. c. Receive Comments concerning a development agreement for Cove View Village on the behalf of Jared Cefalia. 4. Administrative actions a. Cinnamon Holsclaw to request a conditional use for a short-term rental out of her home located at 197 W 300 N. (C-1 use in an R1-10 zone). b. Southern Crossing Plaza Retail space expansion at 1190 South SR 118. (A C-1 Use in a CG Commercial General Zone). c. Breanna Bosshardt to request a conditional use to operate a tattoo establishment called Professional Beauty Services and Training at 286 N 100 West (C-1 Use in the Downtown Zone). d. Krystal McDaniels to request a conditional use to operate a bakery at approximately 340 S 100 E (C-1 Use in a CS Commercial Shopping zone). e. Rise Services, Inc., to request a conditional use for the use of two homes located at 888 N. Indian Hills Drive and 554 West 1000 South to operate as Residential Facilities for Persons with a Disability (a C-2 Use in an R1-10 Zone). f. Scott Memmott to request a conditional use for a four-plex to be located at 235 West 500 South (A C-1 Use in a RM-11 zone) g. Consider recommending approval of a requested amendment to the city's zoning map at approximately 30 N Crestview Drive [parcel number 3-9-11].
