HEBER CITY
NOTICE of RECEIPT of ANNEXATION PETITION
Notice is hereby given that the Heber City Council has received a petition for annexation into the City entitled the Riverhawk Road Annexation. The area proposed for annexation is a parcel consisting of 3.38 acres located at approximately 1000 West and 200 North, in Wasatch County, Utah. On May 11, 2025, the Heber City Council received notice of certification of the annexation petition in compliance with the Utah State Code ยง10-2-808. Heber City may grant the petition and annex the area described in the petition unless a written letter of valid protest of the annexation petition is filed no later than 30 days after the day of certification, on or before June 11, 2026, with the Wasatch County Boundary Commission located at 25 North Main Street, Heber City, Utah 84032. A copy of the protest must also be delivered to the Heber City Recorder at 75 North Main Street, Heber City, UT 84032. Instructions to file a protest can be found in the Utah State Code Annotated 10-2-810, https://le.utah.gov/xcode/Title10/Chapter2/10-2-S810. The complete annexation petition is available for inspection and copying at the office of the Heber City Recorder.
