ELECTION NOTICE Notice is given that a regular primary election will be held on Tuesday June 23, 2026 to nominate party candidates for the parties and candidates for nonpartisan local school board positions listed on the regular primary election ballot. (not all offices will have a primary election) For voters receiving a ballot by mail, ballots will be mailed beginning 21 calendar days before the election. An individual with a disability who is not able to vote a manual (paper) ballot by mail, may obtain information on voting in an accessible manner by contacting the County Clerk. The locations of ballot drop boxes, the locations and hours of polling places, including early voting polling places and hours,and qualifications of individuals who may vote in the election are included in this notice and can be found at: DavisCountyElectionsUtah.gov and Vote.Utah.gov, by calling 801-451-3213, or at Davis County Clerk's Office - 61 South Main Street, Farmington. On the day of the election, the polls will open at 7 a.m. and continue open until 8 p.m. for any voter in Davis County, to return their ballots or vote in person. Accessible voting machines are available. Ballot Drop Boxes are available 24/7 until 8:00 p.m. on Election Day. Qualification of individuals who may vote in the election can be found at Voters must be citizens of the United States; residents of the voting precinct in which they are voting; and 18 years old, or older by the General Election in order to participate. (party affiliation may be required) All eligible voters will receive their ballot by mail approximately three weeks prior to Election Day. Depending on your voting precinct, your ballot will contain the races you are eligible to vote in, not all races listed on the sample ballot. A sample ballot for the upcoming election may be obtained from the following sources:DavisCountyElectionsUtah.gov or at the Davis County Clerk's Office - 61 South Main Street, Farmington, or by calling 801-451-3213 A pre-election test and audit will be conducted to verify the voting devices and tabulation equipment being used for the election will accurately count votes cast for all offices and measures. Anyone desiring to witness the testing is invited to attend, beginning at 10:00 a.m. May 29th at the Davis County Administration Building Room #202. A post election audit will be conducted on July 1, 2026 starting at 10:00 a.m. Anyone desiring to witness the audit is invited to attend.
