Box 760061 Tridell, UT 84076 https://tridelllapointwater.com/ NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING MONDAY, MAY 18, 2026 AT 6:30PM TRIDELL FIRE STATION MULTIPURPOSE ROOM - 10512 NORTH 8000 EAST, TRIDELL UT PROPOSED WATER RATES AND TIERED WATER RATES PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Tridell Lapoint Water Improvement District Board of Trustees will hold a public hearing during a Board Meeting on Monday, May 18, 2026, at 6:30 p.m. in the Tridell Fire Station Multipurpose Room - 10512 North 8000 East, Tridell UT. The purpose of this hearing is to receive public comment regarding proposed water rate changes. The proposed rate adjustments are intended to support ongoing system operations, implement a tiered rate structure, and promote water conservation. Special conservation rates will also be discussed at this meeting. All interested persons shall be given an opportunity to be heard. Public comments may be made in person at the time and place of the hearing or submitted in writing via email to: office@tridelllapointwater.utah.gov . All written comments must be received prior to the start of the meeting to be considered. All comments received will be provided to the board and entered into the public record. Copies of the proposed water rates are available for review on the District's website at www.tridelllapointwater.com or at the District office, 10295 N 8200 E , Tridell, Ut. during regular office hours, Monday through Thursday, 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, individuals requiring special accommodations to participate in this meeting should contact Marcus Perry at 435-219-4832 at least three (3) days prior to the meeting.
