2. Public Comment. Brief items not listed on agenda; time limit of three (3) minutes. If more time is needed, please contact board chair to be added to a future agenda.
3. Approval of Minutes from the March 25, 2026, meeting
4. Work Meeting Discussion Items. No decisions will be made during this meeting and no action items will be voted upon. The work meeting is for discussion, planning and educational purposes only.
a. Discussion on administrative processes for the district in 2026 and going forward.
b. Discussion of construction progress and mileposts for operations through 2026.
c. Schedule potential date for special meeting to take care of future action items
