Consideration of a Zone Change Application for Parcel#20-4532
Located at 1680 W 3000 S
Town of Daniel is giving notice that it will hold a public hearing seeking public comment at the Daniel Planning Commission meeting on Wednesday, May 20, 2026, at 7 PM regarding a zone change application for property located at 1680 W 3000 S (parcel #20-4532) to be rezoned from RA-5 to Commercial.
The hearing will be held at the Wasatch County Services Building, 55 South 500 East, Conference Room B, Heber City, UT during the regularly scheduled Planning Commission meeting. This is an open meeting in which you will have the opportunity to voice concerns and/or ask questions about the proposal. The Daniel Municipal Code 8.10 can be found on the Daniel Town website at danielutah.gov if you have questions about the Commercial code.
This notice has been sent to property owners within 500' of the subject property. Please share this notice with any other property owners who may be interested. If you cannot attend the meeting but would like your comments to be included as part of the record of the hearing, please send your written comments by email to clerk@danielutah.gov or email them to the above address.
Following the hearing, the Planning Commission may make a recommendation to be forwarded to the Daniel Town Council regarding this application.
