PUBLIC NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Consideration of an Application for a Conditional Use Permit for Parcel #22-2450 (formerly #09-6276) Located in the Industrial Zone Town of Daniel is giving notice that it will hold a public hearing seeking public comment at the Daniel Planning Commission meeting on Wednesday, May 20, 2026, at 7 PM regarding an application for a Conditional Use Permit for a concrete batch plant to be located on Parcel #22-2450 in the Industrial Zone. This is a new application submitted to the Town of Daniel by Geneva Rock, and if granted, the new CUP would replace the CUP granted by Town of Daniel on May 21, 2025 for the same purpose on the same property which has not been implemented and will expire on May 22, 2026. The hearing will be held at the Wasatch County Services Building, 55 South 500 East, Conference Room B, Heber City, UT during the regularly scheduled Planning Commission meeting. This is an open meeting in which you will have the opportunity to voice concerns and/or ask questions about the proposal. The Daniel Municipal Code can be found on the Daniel Town website at danielutah.gov if you have questions about the granting of conditional use permits. This notice has been sent to property owners within 500' of the subject property. Please share this notice with any other property owners who may be interested. If you cannot attend the meeting but would like your comments to be included as part of the record of the hearing, please send your written comments by email to clerk@danielutah.gov or mail them to the above address.
